Cancellation and refund conditions – MB AERO

MB AÉRO exclusively offers aerial leisure services (first flights) carried out on a specific date or period.

❌ Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, leisure services provided on a specific date or period do not benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

✈️ Cancellation initiated by the customer

• Reservations are non-refundable, unless the cancellation option offered during the ordering process is selected.

• If you subscribe to this option, the specific conditions detailed at the time of purchase will apply.

🌦️ Weather, safety and aeronautical constraints

Passenger safety is a top priority.

In case of flight cancellation due to weather, technical or safety reasons:

• The flight is postponed to a later date at no cost or additional expense.

  Without subscribing to the cancellation option, any confirmed reservation is firm and final and no refund will be given.

🎟️ Validity of flight vouchers

• Flight vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• They are transferable, unless otherwise stated.

📍 Nature of the service

MB AERO does not offer any physical products.
No delivery is made.
The service is provided exclusively at the Nuits-Saint-Georges aerodrome, depending on the operational conditions of the day.
